ADULT INVALIDS’ SOCIAL REHABILITATION OWING TO DISEASES ORGANS

OF SIGHT IN OMSK REGION

Owing to eye diseases number of invalids decreased in 32,4%. Number of pension invalids increased. Requirements of psychological rehabilitation from 1,8% to 45,4% and of technical rehabilitation means increased. According to social unit it is fulfilled recommendations all and partly 75,8–82,7% IPR.

Effect of unfavourable factors of internal uterine development of a future child influence negatively on forming of speech functions. Timely revealing of speech defection contribute to timely correction and prophylaxis of second speech defects and full-value development of more complicated highest psychological functions.

SOCIOLOGY OF CONSUMPTION: MAIN DIRECTIONS OF RESEARCHES

The article describes the theoretical basis and practical study of sociology of consumption. It is shown that the consumption is determined by various social phenomena: culture, gender, age, social groups. Are considered microsociological and macrosociological levels of the analysis of consumption.

At microsociological – consumption is analyzed as process of formation of identity. At macrosociological – as a principle of the social organization. In the theoretical plan P. Burde's concept is analyzed: consumption is the structured both social process to increase the capacity and changes of volume and structure of capitals. Consumption forms styles of life and styles of consumption which are manifestations of habit.

Absence in the sociological approach of the general theory is noted.

PSYCHOSEMIOTIC OF BODY IN COMBINED ACTIVITY BLIND-DEAF CHILD

The mechanism of transformation of anatomic organism into cultural object and its gaining of semiotical qualities is considered in the article. The theory is illustrated with facts of I. A. Sokolyanskii and A.I. Mesheryakovʾs experiment on upbringing of deaf-blind children. According to the phenomenological analysis of combined activity of deaf-blind child the problems of topology of subject, the guidance of mastering of ideal forms of culture and the of mind are also considered.

CONNECTION-MEAN COMPONENTS IN THE SYSTEM OF THE COMPOUND

SYNTACTICAL WHOLES WITH SPECIAL PURPOSE RELATIONS

The analysis of the compound syntactical wholes allows to single out the following means of connection of its components: the fixed movement’s order of the components; the active subject’s presence in the first and the second components; lexico-grammatical characteristic, lexical repetition or the modal component’s synonymy; the use of the vocabulary with special purpose meaning; the deictic means of connection; the modal correlation of the components’ predicates; the semantic incompleteness of the first component.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К ОФОРМЛЕНИЮ НАУЧНЫХ СТАТЕЙ

О рецензировании. Все поступившие в редакцию статьи должны иметь рецензии. Авторам, не имеющим ученой степени доктора наук, необходимо приложить к статье рецензию специалиста с ученой степенью.

О содержании. В аннотации и заключительной части статьи необходимо указать новизну результатов исследования, область их применения, конкретные предприятия, организации, где данные исследования рекомендуется использовать.

Об оформлении. Статью необходимо набрать на компьютере в редакторе не ниже MS Word-2000, распечатать на бумаге формата А4 (210х297 мм). Оригинал должен быть чистым, не согнутым, без ручных правок, страницы пронумерованы. Окончательный вариант статьи должен содержать не более 8 страниц. Наряду с распечатанной представляется электронная версия на лазерном диске либо по электронной почте. Авторский оригинал желательно представить в виде текстового файла с расширением .rtf. При отправке файлов по электронной почте необходимо использовать «присоединенный файл». Файлы большого объема можно сжимать общеизвестными архиваторами (ZIP, RAR). Файл оригинала должен содержать аннотацию, текст, список литературы, рисунки, подписи к рисункам, таблицы. Распечатанный вариант должен полностью совпадать с электронным (!).

Поля. Сверху и снизу – по 2,5; слева и справа – по 2 см.

Заголовок. В верхнем левом углу листа проставляется УДК (берется в библиотеке). Далее по центру жирным шрифтом Times New Roman Cyr размером 12 пт. прописными буквами печатается название статьи, ниже обычным шрифтом (12 пт.) – инициалы, фамилия автора, строкой ниже – полное название организации. Ниже через строку помещается текст аннотации на русском языке, а также ключевые слова. Еще через строку помещают основной текст статьи.

Основной текст статьи набирается шрифтом Times New Roman Cyr 12 пт. При необходимости можно применять выделение текста курсивом или полужирным шрифтом. Абзацный отступ 1 см. Межстрочный интервал одинарный.

Ссылаясь на литературу используют цифры, заключенные в квадратные скобки: [1]. Ссылки должны быть пронумерованы последовательно.

Если в тексте статьи содержатся таблицы и иллюстрации, то они должны быть пронумерованы («Таблица 1», «Рис. 1» – набирают жирным шрифтом), озаглавлены (таблицы должны иметь заглавие, а иллюстрации – подрисуночные подписи) и помещены в самом конце статьи. В основном тексте обязательно должны содержаться ссылки на таблицы и рисунки.

Если в оригинале содержится текст на языке со специфическим алфавитом (старославянским, китайским и т.п.), этот текст включается в статью в виде иллюстрации.

Все виды выравнивания и отступы (в т.ч. абзацные) делаются средствами MS Word, а не вставкой лишних пробелов. Строки в пределах абзаца не должны разделяться символом возврата каретки (Enter).

В статье должен быть использован один вид кавычек – кавычки-«елочки» (« »).

При последовательной нумерации примечаний используют цифры или «звездочки» (если примечаний не более трех) в виде верхнего индекса и расставляют их при помощи стандартных сносок Word (Вставка/Ссылка/Сноска), а не расстановкой надстрочных значков. Тексты примечаний помещаются внизу соответствующей страницы.

Формулы. Простые внутристрочные и однострочные формулы могут быть набраны без использования специальных редакторов – символами (допускается использование специальных символов из шрифтов Symbol, Greek Math Symbols, Math-PS Mathematica BTT). Сложные и многострочные формулы должны быть набраны в редакторе формул Microsoft Equation 2.0, 3.0. Смешение символов из текстовых редакторов с символами из редактора формул не допускается.

Таблицы оформляют в виде стандартных таблиц MS Word или создают с использованием возможностей MS Excel. Они помещаются на новой странице после списка литературы последовательно, согласно нумерации. Если таблица имеет большой объем, она может быть помещена на отдельной странице, а в том случае, когда она имеет значительную ширину, – на странице с альбомной ориентацией.

Иллюстрации размещаются на новой странице после таблиц (или списка литературы) последовательно, согласно нумерации. Если иллюстрация имеет большой формат, она должна быть помещена на отдельной странице, а в том случае, когда она имеет значительную ширину, – на странице с альбомной ориентацией. Иллюстрации могут быть сканированными с оригинала или выполнены средствами компьютерной графики. Допускается, а в случае с иллюстрациями большого объема (файла) приветствуется, размещение иллюстраций в отдельном файле электронной версии. Подписи к иллюстрациям могут прилагаться на отдельных страницах. Если авторы по техническим причинам не могут представить электронные версии иллюстраций, в качестве иллюстраций принимаются черно-белые фотографии, рисунки, выполненные на компьютере или черной тушью от руки или распечатанные на лазерном принтере.

Иллюстрации предоставляются в виде стандартных графических файлов форматов GIF или JPEG. При сканировании желательно придерживаться разрешения не ниже 300 dpi.

Библиографический список. Ниже основного текста печатается по центру жирным шрифтом заглавие «Библиографический список» и помещается пронумерованный перечень источников. Библиографическую запись для пристатейных списков, содержащих сведения об использованных или рекомендуемых источниках, составляют по ГОСТ 7.1-2003 (Потемкин, В. К. Социальное партнерство: формирование, оценка, регулирование / В. К. Потемкин, Д. Н. Казаков. – СПб., 2002. – 202 с.). Следование ГОСТу строго обязательно. Необходимыми элементами описания являются: указания места издания (СПб.), года издания (2002), общего количества страниц источника (202 с.) или конкретных страниц цитаты (С. 23).

Библиографические описания тщательно выверяются автором.

Текст на английском языке. После текста публикации на русском языке приводится английский перевод заглавия статьи, фамилии автора, названия организации, аннотации, ключевых слов.

К распечатанному варианту статьи необходимо приложить следующие сведения об авторе: фамилия, имя, отчество (полностью); ученая степень, звание, должность, место работы, номер телефона.

Статьи должны быть подписаны всеми авторами. Текст статьи предоставляется в двух экземплярах.
